Located on a site with views to the White House and Washington Monument, this 12-story, Class-A office building located in the nation’s capital is the crowing jewel of modern architecture design and sustainable construction methodology and material. The building comprises of 375,000 SF of office space, three (3) levels underground parking, 30,000 SF green roof, 1,500 SF green wall, eco lobby, two stories high water feature, state-of-the-are lighting, mechanical and plumbing systems, Gen2 elevators and a glass bridge.

I supervised a team of ten (10) professionals including; Architects, Engineers, General Contractor, Consultants and Vendors from the programming phase through to closeout and LEED commissioning with a total budget of $260 million. My team successfully delivered this project on-time, under-budget and according to specification.

Awards: 2011 WBC Craftsmanship Award, LEED Platinum Certification and was listed as the 1st LEED Platinum Certified core & shell building in Washington, DC.
