A 4,500 SF state of the art Branch Bank. I supervised a team of Architects, Engineers, General Contractor, Consultants and Vendors from the programming phase through to closeout and LEED commissioning, total budget of $3.5 million. My team successfully delivered this project on-time and on-budget.

I supervised a team of ten (10) professionals including; Architects, Engineers, General Contractor, Consultants and Vendors from the programming phase through to closeout and LEED commissioning with a total budget of $3.5 million. My team successfully delivered this project on-time, under-budget and according to specification.
