Responsible for the delivery of over twenty (20) prototypical branch banks located in MD, VA and DC, project size range from 2,000 SF – 4,200 SF with a price range of $1.5 – $4.0 million.

supervised a team of Architects, Engineers, General Contractor, Consultants and Vendors from the programming phase through to closeout and LEED commissioning. My team successfully delivered each project on time and on-budget.

Award: LEED Silver Certification.
